1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to HeyBaji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HeyBaji platform, including our website, mobile application, and all related services. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. HeyBaji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use HeyBaji, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must register using your own accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of HeyBaji staff.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Any additional accounts found linked to the same person, device, or payment method may be closed without notice, and any funds or bonuses in those accounts may be voided. If you suspect that a duplicate account was created by error, please contact support as soon as possible.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

HeyBaji may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone — HeyBaji staff will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team without delay. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available in your account settings.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

HeyBaji operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment options for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash – via mobile wallet or JazzCash account
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet and over-the-counter
• Raast – instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer – direct to and from linked bank accounts
• Debit/Credit Cards – where supported
• Mobile Wallets – other approved digital payment channels

4.1 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may change at any time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified under your name. Processing times vary depending on the method selected, though most withdrawals are completed within 24–72 hours. HeyBaji reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before approving large withdrawals.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, HeyBaji offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and other promotional offers. These are governed by specific terms which will be listed alongside each offer on the Promotions page. General rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance, not real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted or withdrawn.
• Wagering on certain games — such as Live Casino tables — may contribute less or not at all toward the requirement.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, traded, or sold.
• HeyBaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it believes the offer has been exploited or misused.
• Only one bonus can be active at any given time unless the promotional terms explicitly say otherwise.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

HeyBaji offers sports betting (including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and football), casino games, live dealer tables, fish games, slots, and esports markets. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Errors made during bet placement cannot be reversed after a market settles.
• HeyBaji reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing or suspicious activity.
• Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that causes an incorrect payout, HeyBaji reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.

6.1 Prohibited Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches
• Arbitrage betting patterns designed solely to guarantee profit through bonus abuse
• Any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity

7. Responsible Gaming

HeyBaji is committed to promoting a healthy and safe gaming environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity — not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. We encourage all users to:

• Set a personal budget and stick to it
• Take regular breaks during gaming sessions
• Avoid chasing losses
• Never game under the influence of alcohol or substances

9. Privacy and Data

10. Limitation of Liability

HeyBaji provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted, HeyBaji shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, funds, or profits arising from platform downtime or technical errors
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep credentials secure
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service

11. Suspension and Termination

HeyBaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has taken place
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to HeyBaji or other users

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and returned where there is no evidence of fraud or rule violation.

12. Governing Terms and Disputes

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and HeyBaji regarding your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first contact our support team. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through our formal dispute resolution process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

HeyBaji may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. If changes are material, we may also notify you via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of HeyBaji after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
